Camicia Ragu Salsiccia Provolone, Fratelli Paradiso.

If you can't read Italian,  the title say's "Best breakfast you'll have in ages!". It was a poached egg with a slice of Provolone cheese atop a pork sausage ragu on a slice of toasted bread. Surrounded by a creamy pea puree. Amazing coffee too.
