Kate Bosworth. Milk Studios, Los Angeles.
Recently shot the beautiful Kate Bosworth in a whirlwind two and a half hours in LA. First time I've ever fanned out and grabbed a snapshot!

Shooting in Malibu over looking Point Doom. Nice. Drove past Cher's cliff top mansion on the way.
Got to Shoot at the Stalh House this week. On par with my all time favourite house, The Frey House II. Beautiful lines and an incredible view, hard to beat. Built in 1959, it's part of the Case Study House Program. Case #22, it was designed by Pierre Koenig for Buck Stahl.

Caught up with my first Digi Op (and great mate!) Daniel in London during a job there to shoot Naomi Watts.
Shot at the rooftop bar at M on the Bund in 38 degree heat. Humidity was at maximum!

After shooting a story in the Milford Sounds we stopped in here for a tourist break and photo op! I thought Queenstown was beautiful while driving around in a car but it is a completely different experience seeing it from above. A must see if you get the opportunity.
A fellow Lilydale/Belgrave line Melburnian, Laura is a gem. One of my favourites to come out of my home town in a long time. Good to see Perth getting some competition! AMAZING features and a pleasure to shoot!

The breakfast go to when I'm shooting in Melbourne at Daylight Studios. Eggs. Coddled or Baked. Done.

This made my day.

Found the best ever sand bar for shooting blue skies and white sand. 75 meters long, 25 meters wide, shoot the sunrise one way then the sunset the other. Nice.
A haunting beauty with German and New Zealand heritage. Schedule your shoot after 4.30pm or on the weekends as she's still finishing school.

After a four month wait on the shelf at home I've finally put the Mark III into the mix. Very happy with the results but a looooong wait for Capture1 support.
Here's a preview video of the upcoming collection from Lover that I shot. Love Nicole, love the Lovers. The most loyal clients of them all, funny too!

After 12 years in Sydney I have only just come across this hidden gem of a location. Constructed in 1929 at the end of the silent movie era is detail is spectacular. It also houses the second largest chandelier in the world. "We don't sell tickets to movies, we sell tickets to the theatre!" was their motto back its hey day.
One of the more memorable days at work. The journey in the helicopter to get there was as spectacular as the view. Surprisingly it was warmer up there on the peak of the mountain than the day we shot in the township of Queenstown with the Jaguar.

This is my beloved Wescott Scrim Jim. I use this as much as I use a CYC. It's actually my second one as the first one finally broke in extreme weather conditions on the North Shore of Oahu. Amazingly simple, amazingly useful.
