1966 Beauty

New kid on the breakfast block on Jervois Road. Their mushroom dish with blue cheese is delicious but I still rate the Dizengoff version a winner by a fraction! The print inside is by Robert Trathen.
This was my favourite from the series.

After years of only having the large A5 Comp Card with my images on it I have finally organised a regular size one to carry with me. Tired and embarrassed of not having one to present when asked for one I thought it was time to get professional.
The guys at Three60 produced a custom type for me which I love.
Here's the sheets printed and glued together waiting for trimming.

Found this little scene on a location search today. Expect to see it in a shoot soon.
Here's a little write up on the exhibition. More here. It's on til Sunday so check it out. I think the bidding is over but worth a look!
Here are mine, with one extra that got curated out!

Shot this Japanese tourist up in the Hollywood Hills on a location search. Her sun smart outfit was so striking that I waited for her to come back past me on the path below. Under the hat/hood she wore the biggest sunglasses/googles I've ever seen. I love that it looks like she's walking on the barren moon.
Always nice to see your pictures used at size. Makes all the extra care in lighting on the day and retouching in post production worth all the effort!

For a chicken schnitzel better than your grannies version and a sashimi salad that should win an award this is where you should go for lunch!
Came across this little gem of a set up while walking through the park on the way to Harajuku Station. The Fuji was the main camera and the Mamiya 7 was the back up. Everything was shot on Neg and they had a power pack for the flash heads that looked like it had survived from the Shogun days! The photographer was very proud that he was still doing it the old way. I loved seeing it too.

Got up before the sun on one of my days off to shoot this carpark with no cars. Unfortunately the cleaners were more eager than I, hence the composition without the cars in shot.
Definitely one of my favourites of the last couple of months. Great worker and a little bit cheeky! She's got an infatuation with Great White sharks and hopes to swim with them in the wild before she leaves!

Never been so close and at such a height to view the Harobur Bridge before. Made it almost look like a section of a model train set. Amazing view.

Shot here in the extreme heat. Our model had to retreat to the safety of the airconditioning in the car inbetween each shot. There was a pool, but unfortunately for us, it was bone dry.

Magic Freckles.
The Dutch beauty with the international accent that loves Banoffee pie. She's with EMG here in Sydney.

After a comedy of errors, the overall memory of this restaurant will never fade. Everything about it was top notch, the dessert trolley of fine hand made treats was a stand out.

This interior was housed in a chateau transported from France and rebuilt over 3 years brick by brick.
Shot Emily two days after she walked into Chic after being encouraged by her younger sister and proud mum. This was her first shoot. Love the contrast in her features. Sharp cheek bones, big round eyes and bee stung lips. Don't think she'll need much luck.

Favourite coffee stop by the beach. Right next door to the Prince hotel with my top pick nine seed porridge.
